Personal Nutritional Assessment: $99
We’ll start by discussing your health history and goals which will help us determine where you could use nutritional support. I will assess your current diet, nutritional needs, and your personal challenges when it comes to eating. I will present you with recommendations to address each of these. These may or may not include some supplemental support. This can be done through Skype, Google Hangout, in-office, or in-home around the Boise area.
Follow-up Consultations: $55
These meetings range from 30-60 minutes. These can be held weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. depending on your preference and needs. Topics discussed will be determined by your needs, progress, and goals. Possible topics include nutritional counseling, digestive aids, weight management, the psychology of eating, tips on eating out, etc. These can be done through Skype, Google Hangout, over the phone, in-office, or in-home around the Boise area.
Weekly Food Journal Assessment: $20
Need a little extra help reaching your goals and changing your diet? A weekly food journal can help you hone in on what’s missing from your diet or what still needs to be improved upon. This is an option for those who have completed a nutrition assessment already. Sometimes it takes an extra set of eyes to help you stick with your new way of eating before it soon becomes second nature to you.
Plant-Based Pantry Makeover Bundle: $299-$349
This bundle is great for newbies to the plant-eating world or any junk-food vegan/vegetarian seeking a healthier lifestyle.
